MEET BRONTÉ - YOUR COACH

I found powerlifting during my recovery from an eating disorder. At a time when my relationship with food and my body was unhealthy, the barbell gave me a different focus. Instead of trying to be smaller, I started working toward being stronger. Training shifted my mindset, food became fuel, and progress was measured in performance, not weight.

I’ve now competed in six powerlifting competitions, including the IPL World Championship in Surfers Paradise, Australia. Shortly after, I was also offered two collegiate powerlifting scholarship opportunities to attend university in the United States for powerlifting, which I turned down to remain close to family.

Today, I am an ISSA-certified personal trainer and nutritionist. My coaching is rooted in evidence-based training, sustainable nutrition, and helping women build strength in ways that support long-term health, both physically and mentally. Whether it's fat loss, strength training, or overall health, my approach is based on sustainability and long-term lifestyle changes.

At Build with Bronté, my focus is on building results that support long-term health. My coaching style is rooted in evidence-based training, sustainable nutrition, and performance-driven progress, not extremes or quick fixes.

Clients receive customized strength programs, structured warm-up and mobility plans, individualized nutrition guidance, and ongoing support. The goal is simple: help you get stronger, fuel properly, and build habits that last.
